HP Spectre x340 15"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Right out of the box an issue turned up with the stylus pen. After being done with the Windows install, the stylus circle and the stylus cursor appeared about an inch from the bottom and 5 inches from the right side of the screen. It doesn't let me move the cursor with the mouse, nor does it move anywhere. When the actual stylus pen is touching the screen, it just instantly reverts back to the same exact point. The issue disappears for a brief moment after the tablet/notebook is turned into tablet/lap mode, but in about 1-2 seconds it goes back. I've looked up online for solutions to fix the issue but noone has the issue that I have. I can fix the issue by turning off the stylus pens driver from the device manager. After turning it off there's no issue on the actual screen, the normal touchscreen works fine . Only when I turn the driver back on the issue comes back.

All the drives have been updated up to date. It's not supposed to be the permanent solution turnign the driver off, because I need that stylus to get work done.

For clarification I have the Tilt Stylus Pen that came in the box that can only be charged with USB-C
