hi,

 

i have spectre 13 inch and 1 port usb c has stopped working , cant charge and display.

i have done diagnostics and the following error occured:

 

9SGE24-8PJA8D-MFPURG-8DFR03

ZGL09EA ABU

 

any help much appeciated.

I understand that the HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13 - one of the USB C is not working.

 

According to the failure code the issue with USB Ctype port. 

 

I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
