HP Tilt Pen Won't Charge

Hi, my Tilt pen won't charge. Only used a couple of times. Have had it for a year but now it won't charge. Tried several different cables and ports. Nothing helps. Now - what to do?

Hello @Helen936 

The integrated battery could be deeply discharged, so that the Battery Management System (BMS) prevents charging. You should have the battery replaced or buy a new HP pen if it does not cost that much.
