HP Tilt Pen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have started using my HP Tilt Pen for a few days and within the first day I got a weird bug that made the line I am drawing jump up and down even though I was drawing a straight line.

Right now I am using a HP Envy x360 ag0060 - 13 and have the newest HP Pen Driver installed. I have done a lot of research but didn´t find any solution. The video below shows my problem:

Big thanks to anyone who tries to help me find a solution. Right now I don´t even know if my Laptop or the Pen is the problem

Please download this Softpaq: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95422.exe and also ensure your Notebook has the latest drivers

You can download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

  1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

Click Updates in the My notebook pane

  2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

Updates list in HP Support Center

  3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

  4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

  5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Next ensure Windows is up to date.

Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊

I did all of this already nothing helped. After researching even more I found out that I am not the only one having this problem. In my case the pen just doesn´t work when the notebook is charging. By unplugging the cable it instantly works again. This means it is a hardware problem. Unfortunatley I don´t know if this is a general problem with this HP Notebook or if its just my device.  I need to charge this Laptop while writing as I usually working for 6 to 10 hours and the battery dies after arround 3 - 4 hours. What should I do now?
