Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've recently purchased this Laptop and from the first moment I've started using it the mouse pad intermittently sticks.

It's an absolute nightmare.

I've been told by customer support I need to take it to Noel Leeming.  But that is not in the same town as me and so I need to do a special trip or work it in.  And chances are it will work OK when I'm there and as soon as I get it home it will play up again.
