I would like to know if the HP G5 dock station is compatible with my HP Victus 16-s0011ns laptop.

I have 2 monitors connected to the dock station, but the computer doesn't recognized the monitors, both screens are black. The sound, and other things connected to the dock station works (keyboard, mouse, etc).

Is any compatibility problem between my laptop and the dock station. If true, wich type of dock station could you recommed me to be able

Thanks again for your response.

I finally solved the problem. One of the screen adaptors was disabled, the: "AMD Radeon Graphics". I updated the controller, with the latest version that I got from the HP webpage, enabled it and, finally, images appeared on my monitors 🙂

Now, the HP USB-C G5 docking station works perfectly, and it's also capable of charging my laptop.

Kind Regards.

The specs of your computer is

It requires a 200W or 230W charger. The HP USB-C G5 dock gives USB PD 90W or 100W therefore they are NOT compatibe. The dock may charge your machine when your computer is off.

Thank you very much for your fast response.

The thing is, do you think that power supply difference is the reason why there is no signal in both monitors? Do you know a dock station compatible with my laptop?.

Kind regards.
