HP Recommended

f2/f3 won't work. My screen is dark and I can't increase the brightness going into settings or on the keyboard. When I do it from the bottom right corner, the brightness option is grayed out. My laptop is plugged in with plenty of battery. Please helpScreenshot 2024-04-07 132156.png
