HPEdge x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My have purchased my Hp edge 360 in Jun 18 and using it scarcely and also handle it gently. However,s oneday during warranty period itself,  when I open the laptop,  heard a craking sound and a small black piece of plastic fell from near the left edge of the laptop. And now the screen slowly comes out of the panel and  gap is getting created and unable to open or close the laptop.

So whenver i open or close the laptop,o the gap widens and unable to open/close.

I made several calls/ raised Support request through portal, but the response is very poor.

I had purchased in the United States, and using in India.

I made several call to HP India and to HP(us) and they admitted it as ’Manufacturing Defect ''and NOT human induced defect.’ and directHP United States categoricLly rejected to fix a manufacturer defect.  Now I am India and I am t

India and I believe HP India does not support this model.

I am India and stranded without laptop,
