hp active pen
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hello,

I have a pavilion 360 laptop and I just bought an HP active pen with app launcher.

the bluetooth pairing was succesful and the app launcher button does work.

but when the screen does not recognise my pen, I can not draw, write, click, there is no cursor or circle, nothing. I checked my battery, that works. I even replaced it with a new battery, still no response.

The touchscreen does work with my finger but not with the pen.

When I check the human interface (HID compatible pen), it does say: "device not migrated".

I can return my pen, but therefor I need to know if it is the pen that is defected or is there a problem with my laptop or something else?

I hope somebody can help me

greetings,

Deborah
