Product: Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Purchased 2 of these in 2017 for my sons.  First one began coming apart in 2019 and had it repaired at a cost of over $300.  I attributed it to possible abuse by my older son.  Started happening again a year later on same unit.  This time, it had not been moved from his desk.  Now it’s starting on the other one.  Searching posts, this appears to be a major issue with HP laptops.  What is the fix??
