HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased an HP laptop -dw3000 and tried connecting it to an LG ultragear 32 GN600 monitor using an HDMI cable. The laptop recognises that a second screen is connected and the monitor recognises that a device has connected to it but the monitor only shows a black screen without any no signal messages popping up on the screen. The laptop also appears to temporarily loose connection and then reconnect to the monitor. I have tested the monitor with other devices and the monitor works fine without any issues. I have also tested the laptop with 1 Benq monitor and 2 TVs that we had available and it is able to display to them. I have also verified that all drivers are up to date and that windows is also fully updated. I have also reinstalled windows and the problem still persists. I have also tried different cables and different all ports on the monitor without any success.
