Product: HP 15 f233wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Notebook 15-f233wm Energy Star. It has an orange blinking light on the f12 key and no video. Thanks in advance.

This is not official HP recommendations. I have the same laptop and had a similar issue while I was testing out new RAM. I had a solid light on the F12 with no video. Once I reinstalled the original RAM, the laptop booted up correctly. Try removing the RAM and reinstalling. Open the small compartment on the back of the Laptop that has only two screws holding it in. Also, make sure you're wearing a grounding cable when touch the RAM. Static shock can damage it.
