Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0023dx
I need help, my Spectre laptop will go to sleep and will not allow me to hit enter/use touch pad or touch screen to wake it up. I was also unable to download the latest windows 11 update. I also did the mouse test and it would not move the "right" side test using touch pad or a connected mouse.
