HP pen is not working on Chrome. Chrome is updated and as well I am unable to install Hp Pen control app, it is showing error while running application

If you are experiencing issues with your HP pen not working on Chrome and facing errors while installing the HP Pen Control app, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

1. Check Pen Battery:

  • Check the battery level of the pen and replace or recharge if necessary.

2. Software and Driver Updates:

  • Make sure that your laptop's operating system and all drivers, including pen drivers, are up to date. You can visit the HP Support site for driver updates and download the latest versions.

3. Reinstall HP Pen Control App:

  • Uninstall any existing versions of the HP Pen Control app.
  • Restart your laptop.
  • Download the latest version of the HP Pen Control app from the HP Support site.

4. Configure Pen Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Pen & Windows Ink.
  • Ensure that the settings are appropriately configured for your pen and that handwriting recognition is enabled.
