Product: hp envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hp envy x360 touchpad problems. This thing is a month old and im ready to throw it in the lake. I hope someone can help. 

 

uninstalling/reinstalling drivers does not help.

the cursor will vanish from the screen or any field at random

the cursor will select, grab, and move windows, words, into random locations

the cursor will randomly activate white or blue bubbles on the screen

 

i hope the hardware test works. any other ideas? THX
