HP Recommended

I have a new Zbook G10 and I'm setting up 2 external monitors.  I'm able to identify all monitors and my laptop, but I only have the option to "Extend to this display", which only allows me to move the mouse up and down to the main display.  I can't move the mouse or screens between the 2 extended monitors.  How can I set it up so I can move in all directions?  How am I able to 'Extend to ALL displays"?????
