Product: Zbook g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

In our Company are about 60 zbook g5-g6 laptops. All laptops have hp thunderbolt g2 dock with combo cable. and connected two external monitor  Samsung S32D850T. and almost all have same problems:

1. On of Monitors blinking ,go black for few seconds like i turned it off and on.  Then we should restart computer or unplug/plug power from monitor.

2. Problem with sleep. After wake up  not always Thunderbolt Dock are working. Sometimes no signal on monitor or sometimes not working usb mouse or keybord or lan network.

 

All computer have:

WIndows 1909

new driver from hp support assistance

Thunderbolt G2 firmaware version  1.0.62.1
