Product: HP4540s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I turned off internal camera in BIOS (HP 4540s) a few years ago. Now I want to enable it but there is no more option to enable camera in BIOS (it was updated)
I have read all the HP camera driver install guides but nothing helped. Updated BIOS, reinstalled Windows, reinstalled camera drives. Nothing helps. All the drivers just say "Windows cannot start this hardware device… (Code 10)". I have even installed Ubuntu on this notebook but no camera found.
Does anyone have an idea how to enable this camera again?
