Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Have a hp laptop very new.  Unable to print in colour, options are only monochrome or greyscale.  Can anyone help.

Given you installed driver for your printer on your HP notebook, when Print, select Printer properties and select Grayscale off.

Can’t switch off greyscale only choice of greyscale or monochrome and monochrome only prints in black and white.
