HP Recommended

Got a new headset - Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wired, which come with a GameDAC that's plugged in via USB. Had bizarre behaviour where the speakers aren't working, but then if I switch USB they will work, then after a few days then the speakers stop working and now neither USB ports work for this headset.

Other devices work in the USB ports, including the microphone on the headset.

When in a Teams call it says 'Devices speakers not working'

I had a few HP driver updates which seemed to resolve but then after 3 days and each port failing after a day or 2 I'm back to square one.
