Product: HP Chromebook 11A G8 Education Edition

Hello my Hp Chromebook with the serial # 5CD119NRF6, camera has stopped working. When I select the camera option it is black and nothing more. I have power wash, reset etc and the issue us still there. Please assist me I have a video conference coming up.
