I sent my laptop in for a screen issue. I had sent pictures showing how it looked like an air bubble. You, HP informed me it was customer damage, and it would be over $400 to repair. I denied services and you sent me the computer back.. However your technicians broke  sent my laptop in for a screen issue. I had sent pictures showing how it looked like an air bubble. You, HP informed me it was customer damage, and it would be over $400 to repair. I denied services and you sent me the computer back.. However your technicians broke the plastic screen protector going around the outside screen right by the camera and the computer refuses to turn on now.... Im very upset.

Can anyone help me in any recourse I may have? Before I only had to replace the screen..Now I have to replace the outer covering and they have to figure out why it isn't booting up. Costing me a lot more money.
