Hello, I have a question 

My laptop shipped with a 1366x768 display though it was advertised as Full HD. Due to other factors I decided to keep the laptop. I'd like to know if later its possible to upgrade to a 1920x1080 screen. I've seen here

There is a display that is the same size and same number of pins as mine. 

Is it possible to buy a higher resolution screen for my specific 'HP 14-cm0075au' laptop?
