Hinges of HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 broken

I own a HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 and owning one has been one of the worst decisions I have made. In only 2 years of normal daily use the hinges have broken and caused me a lot of problem. There is no customer care support to help. Moreover the quality of the product is so disappointing that the skin from the cursor mouse also is peeling off causing a weird irritation. It’s been a total loss on investment. 
Help me out on the issues
