Well this hing business is got me steamed up, I just broke a $300 screen because the hing decides to let go while stationary. I didn't notice this so of course when I try to fold it up it just crumbles. I been referring OTS buyers to HP since before most the current HP users where young but I'll not be doing this under recent management as I feel the company direction recently has been in decline. So here I am stuck with a broken laptop just over the warranty that is iffy on cost to repair vrs buying new and I know if it's new it ain't gonna be no HP. Any helpful advice on replacement parts availability and cost or instruction is appreciated regardless. I'd like to save my laptop even if it's not perfect, though for a computer they still want $1400 for I'll not do that ever again, and if HP had financed me I'd still be in better shape then the national chain that sold me the contract.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
