Product: Pavilion x360

So I recently updated it and now it won’t let me go to my home screen and my task bar is black... I just got it and I’m still new to it. Please help!

@Ilyssa, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Don't worry I've got your back, here's what you need to know since you are new:


The home screen is usually the desktop screen with the beautiful girl is, if you're referring to those little icons that were available but aren't anymore - they're probably hidden = Right-click anywhere on the screen, and select show desktop icons under view.

 

And taskbar can be changed according to your preference: check this out https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01853728
