Product: Notebook 15-r008TX

I am getting a horizontal multiple colored strip lines on my laptop screen. It happend suddenly, after multiple reboots also it is not working properly. I am clueless as of now, please help.

Could you send us a picture of how the screen looks like?

 

Meanwhile, let us know if you see this in the BIOS screen:

 

Tapping the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen is supposed to get you to the menu of options. Then select the F10 option to access the BIOS.
