How do i get full view back on my monitor?

Hey there! @TonyOputa,

Have you tried checking with a different monitor or a video cable? Does the issue persist?

Try updating the monitor drivers to the latest version and check if it helps.

Update the monitor driver using this link. Click Here

You can also try updating the graphics drivers on the PC to the latest version.

Try the steps recommended below.

Go to Desktop, right-click and select Display settings.
First and foremost, make sure your scaling is set to 100%. If you are using an old version of Windows 10, you will see a slide on the top of the Display panel. Make sure it is 100.
If you are using the latest version of Windows 10, you will be able to see a drop-down list under ‘Scale and layout’. Make sure it is 100%.
After you have rectified your scaling, click on the drop-down menu under Resolution and try changing the resolution to see if it fixes your issue.

Also, Try the steps recommended below to restore the monitor to factory settings.

To access the OSD menu and make adjustments, do the following:
1. If the monitor is not already on, press the Power button to turn on the monitor.
2. To access the OSD menu, press one of the Function buttons on the bottom side of the monitor's front
bezel to activate the buttons, and then press the Menu button to open the OSD.
3. Use the three Function buttons to navigate, select, and adjust the menu choices. The button labels are
variable depending on the menu or submenu that is active.
4. Select management from the list.
Select factory default settings to restore monitor back to the factory settings.
5. Select exit from the OSD menu.

Lastly, Try checking with a different video cable.
