Product: HP E24M
Hi,
I recently purchased a HP E24M (Docking Monitor) - so I can connect my HP ProBook to this monitor. I want to connect my HP EliteDisplay E24 to the setup, to act as a second monitor when my laptop is closed. The issue is, every time I connect the HDMI cable between the docking monitor and the external monitor, the external monitor shows no connection. I have attempted to go through to my windows settings to detect another display, but nothing works! I need help. I work at a university, and they use the exact same setup with the same monitors, so I know it is possible...
If someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.
Best wishes,
Jay
