Sorry For Bad English
I M Very Sad With Hp Brand and AMD
Recently I Bought Brand new HP AY102-NX Laptop which comes iwth AMD Radeon M430 2GB Graphics card
My issue is that my AMD card is not working even a little bit means that i am currently using intel hd graphics 620 to do all stuff like gaming photoshop playing videos etc
whenever i switch to AMD card the screen goes blank
i have tried latest drivers from both HP offical site and AMD site but nothing works
I have checked my AMD card with GPU-z it shows graphs Cut with regular interval like 3 or 4 seconds means card is dying or something like that
Nothing can be done when switched to AMD rather than to Force Shutdown from Black screen
Plz provide me a Proper Solution to this
If my Crad doesnt work i will die

Have you tried a factory restore of the operating system? The only driver you should be installing is the HP driver. The HP Support folks, if you could call them, would make you return it to factory specs in order to get warranty help and we should do the same to rule out a software issue. If the hardware is bad, it should be under warranty if you just bought it so no need to die.

Was it a Windows 8/8.1 machine from the factory? Windows 10 known to have issues with both AMD and nVidia switchable graphics machines that were originally 7/8/8.1. Not just HP, but other laptop makers' products, too.

If it came with Windows 10 you should have a recovery partition. Try tapping F11 as you power up or esc + F11 to get into the restore routine and select "clean".
