Hp ENVY 17bw0003ng, it supports 4k, but it's not in the screen settings (it only has full hd)

My laptop is Hp ENVY 17bw0003ng Win 10 and it has a 4k screen, but in the screen settings I can't find 4k, it only has 1920x1080. Do you know the solution?
