Envy 4K
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, need some info on how to repair my 4k lcd screen.

Unfortunately it is beyond the warranty period. Just a week ago I  noticed that the right hinge was a bit loose, now I saw that the the screen is popping out in the righthand lower corner..., I can push it back in place, but it comes out every time I open the laptop.

The screen is still working!!
But how can I fix this problem, is there some sort of glue that Hp uses to glue it back into place.
google already made clear there are lots of Envy owners with the same problem, but I didn't see any solutions.

Thanks for your help, Mike

Hi @MichaelGoe,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
