Hp MPP 2.0 tilt pen compatability issues

I recently bought a HP Pavilion x360 2-in-1 Laptop Model14-ek1008ca. It has windows 11 installed.  I ordered the HP MPP 2.0 tilt pen from HP Canada. The pen performance is not consistent. it works sometimes  but very often does not. It is also not pairing with the PC. This is after checking to make sure that the pen is fully charged.

From page 23 of its manual, it is compatible with 

             Zenvo Pen with cable part # L95614-001

which is N/A from HP now

You can use part # to search online Stores
