Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba101nt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the original battery and adapter. The battery was changed at the service once. The HP Pen does not work properly while charging, it touches itself and acts up. There are no such problems when operating on battery power. What is the reason?
