I am having an issue where the Hp Tilt pen is not able to draw anything on the screen.

My Laptop model  is: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04851923

My pen Model is: https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-tilt-pen-p-2my21aa-abl-1

The pen connects successfully to bluetooth and works fine in the presentation mode.

But whenever i try to draw something on InkWorkspace or OneNote, it does not do anything.

Any help is much appreciated

I did go through the article and I understand not all laptops support the pen capability. But before I even purchased the above mentioned pen from hp. I checked with customer support and they said it is compatible with my laptop and should work just fine.
I understand they would not have mentioned the full compatibility. Can you confirm if my laptop mentioned above supports the full capability of the pen model mentioned above as well. Thank you for taking time to answer my question.

thanks

Vijay
