Product: Go chrome book 14b

My chrome book is still under factory warranty.

The computer screen cracked. Also, the screen is not able to pick up the touch screen. The websites and email opened  is flickering. Looks like something else is moving the screen. How do I go about getting this fixed and does the warranty cover it ?
