Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

can anyone help me I have a HP 650 G9 elite book and the I can't get my monitor working that is connected to the thunderbolt usb type C. I also have a HP elite book 640 G9 and when I use that laptop the monitor works fine when connected via the thunderbolt connections.

 

Can anyone one help please?
