Product: hp elitedisplay e273m 27-inch monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today i buy hp elitedisplay e273m 27-inch monitor all is ok but my web came not working. I installed the webcam application I also check the device manager webcam not showing I try many things troubleshooting but the web came not detected. 

 

USB Type-C™ upstream port I did not connect the pc. I   will connect the monitor to pc after detecting my webcam?

please solve my issue.
