Product: HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cw0000 (761Z0AV)

Bought HP envy 17.3 laptop pc 17 December 2023. S key only works if pressed on one side has been like this from day one, have used air but still the same should i return it to the store. the laptop has hardly been used.

Sounds like you need to contact HP to see about replacing the laptop or getting the keyboard replaced.
