I have an Hp Pavilion i5 GTX 1650 Gaming Laptop that I bought in February of this year. It worked great for like a month then my screen turned black. The laptop powers on but nothing displays on the screen. It will display if I hook it up to my Tv. There is no beeping or any kind of flashing lights on the keyboard. I get no error messages. Not sure what the problem is.

Hi @J3LLYM0N,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
AS its looks like a hardware issue display faulty
Try these steps,
It has a driver otherwise you can NOT use an external monitor. Now, go to Display settings and bring screen #1 back.
- Right-click a blank area on your desktop,
- For XP, use Display Properties, for Vista & Windows 7 use Personalize,
- Change "Display settings" from #2 to #1
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding this issue, they should be able to help. Refer to this User Guide for contact details.
