Microsoft Windows 11

HP Envy x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop is the device which i am using 

the problem that i am facing is that its pen is not working properly like if i am charging its showing amber color for past 2 hrs not white color. a pen cant take more than 1 hr to charge also its not compatible with the hp pen control please help me to solve this problem

What is your machine ? Does it ACTUALLY support a pen ?  Please use the following way to find out

No pen at all. Did you read my previous reply ? There are 2 parts, your machine is on the first part.
