Connect an external display to your notebook to see if the issue replicates.
That way you will know if the issue is the LCD display or the internal video output.
You could also use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic utility that all notebooks since 2012 have been delivered with, to test the video hardware.
Press the power button and then immediately start tapping the F2 key to invoke the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic utility.
Chose Component tests, then in the menu that appears, choose Video. Run the test.
You might try installing the most recent graphics driver to see if that resolves the issue. I would have provided you with a link to the driver, but unfortunately, you have not identified your notebook with its complete product name or product number.

I have the same issue and looks like 1000 other people have it too. HP apart from updating drivers, BIOS do you have an actual solution you your screen problem ? This laptop costs a fortune, it's unacceptable. I knew I should have go with Dell XPS instead...

here's the video. It's much worst with power supply plugged in. But even without, on battery alose these problems still appear.

OK. Then the Display assembly is the problem.
If your notebook is still in warranty, there are replacement criteria that the screen must fulfill to be replaced under warranty.
See the link for more information. https://support.hp.com/id-en/product/hp-spectre-13-ae000-x360-convertible-pc/16779579/model/18527617...
If your notebook is no longer in warranty, the replacement cost will be out of pocket and not free.

yes, luckyly it is under warranty still. Unfortunely it's my tool at work and I can't just not have it for 2 weeks now !
If it wasn't still under warranty I wouldn't pay a penny anyway.
You are selling deffective product for£2k and you think you can get away with it ?!
this is outrageous.
I will make sure to warn people on all social media I know to STAY WELL AWAY FROM HP laptops.

I am a bit shocked that you would be using a consumer grade notebook instead of an Enterprise model as a "daily driver" for a work notebook and then flaming HP about it.
Consumer grade model notebooks, even premium editions like the Spectre x360 ultrabooks, are not made for business or Enterprise customers.
HPE (HP Enterprise ) notebooks are made for the stringent conditions of business.

Oh so it's ok if it breaks after half a year of non extensive usage because is cathegorized as "consumer grade" and not "enterprise", are you having a laugh ? I HAVE PAID £2K FOR THIS RUBBISH ULTRABOOK AND I EXPECT IT TO WORK.

I am not having a laugh. I don't know why you would say that.
All I stated was the facts. I also did take my time to help you troubleshoot the issue that you reported.
