I am on my 3rd HP lap top in 3 years. After this last replacement, I was told they were giving me an extension on the warranty on 3/21/22. Now I am having issues with the battery on this one and it keeping a charge. Also, another issue with the power button. When I called customer service, they were not empathetic or willing to assist me because to them the warranty expiired on 3/21.22. Beyond frustrated at this point and am considering switching brands. I've stayed loyal to HP, but this was just a slap in the face.
