I did a fresh install of windows 10 but after that the keys that used to be to change the brightness (F2 and F3) stopped working, also I can’t change brightness from Windows settings app neither from the control panel.
I already tried updating drivers from the windows device manager but didn’t work.
I also noticed that all the bloatware that came with the laptop is gone including HP’s software.
I don’t know what should I do, maybe install certain software from HP?
I would really appreciate some help

Hi:
It sounds like you need to install the graphics driver for your PC.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72773.exe
You may also need to install this driver for the Fn keys to work.
