Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After fresh install of windows 10, I've updated all the drivers but still I can't control the brightness of monitor. Please help! My eyes are bleeding because of the sun like bright screen.

I've been trying to find Hotkey Support Driver but I couldn't. I've checked the forum and there are people having the same problem. I'm sure my problem is going to be solved after installing Hotkey Support Driver. I've tried to download it but I get the 404 error. So I couldn't. Please help. My eyes are bleeding.

My model is HP Pavilion 15 p105nt

I came across your post about the hotkey issue, and wanted to help!  I understand that you are having trouble finding the drivers for your notebook?

Have you tried checking the HP site?  You can find drivers for your product here:

Drivers - HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab252tx

I believe that the specific driver that you are looking for, is the HP System Event Utility.  You can download it here: sp71716.exe

Yes, I have visited the driver page. Just to be sure I downloaded the file you mentioned but the problem remains the same. Thank you for trying.

Hi @ahmetsarikaya,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
