I have a USB mouse and at first it works fine but now when I connet it to my hp it says this Screenshot 2024-03-17 114956.png

I see this same error from time to time, so I disconnect the device, reboot the PC, reconnect the device -- and all is OK.

 

Does it now do this every time you connect the mouse?

 

Have you tried connecting the mouse before restarting the laptop?

 

Have you tried connecting the mouse after restarting the laptop?
