HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0031nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought a HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0031nl but I can't reverse the scrolling on the touchpad. I installed the last driver available on HP site here (Elan Touchpad Driver (Windows 10 v1709)). Someone can help me?

Let's try these steps

Click Start and Type Touchpad. In the Windows Touchpad Settings you will have an option Scrolling Direction. You can make the changes there and check if that helps

Keep me posted 😊

As you can seen in my screenshot, I don't have any on the setup option you said.

I recommend you install all the Windows updates (Including optional) and check if it helps.

Here is how it is done.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Update & Security.
  3. Click on Windows Update.
  4. Click the Check for updates button.
  5. Click the Restart Now button after the update has been downloaded on your device.

If you continue facing the issue, then perform a system restore back to the date when touchpad was working fine.

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system restore.
