Product: HP ELITEBOOK 840 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cant get my docking station to recognize my 4k display it only allows 1920x1080 as my max resolution. I purchased an 8K DP to HDMI cable because i heard that was the most common issue causing this. It will recognize if i go HDMI TO HDMI from the laptop but i need to use the docking station and it claims to be able to do multiple 4k displays with the docking station Part # 5YH26AV#ABA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
