Hello, please edit your message for delete your serial number because it is a personal information.
You can see here you have a fullHD 1080p screen, so it is really better to view films in HD or fullHD:

Hello, I am sorry but I don't find your laptop with the reference you have given.
So please verify the Product Number (P/N) from your PC.
If you need help for find this please check this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
And if it is the been you can tell me the name of the model, exemple Pavilion 15-ba000nf.
However, even though you don't have an HD screen (I need the reference for check this), all PCs bought since few years can play HD videos.
