The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version directly from the Intel website:

 

Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows*

 

If the driver doesn't automatically install or you get a message to use the graphics driver from the PC manufacturer, let me know and I will give you the directions to manually update the driver.
